200 Objects from the Battle of Waterloo to celebrate 200 years since the great battle. A website designed in association with Thirty8Digital, commissioned by a consortium including the National Army Museum and Culture 24.
The purpose of the website was to showcase 200 Objects, each chosen for it’s significance to provide a unique insight into the Battle of Waterloo. In addition to the objects, there is a historical timeline showing nine key years from 1789 - 1848, educational resources and an events and venues listing.
I was responsible for the design and my partner the initial HTML development. Thirty8Digital have used this to create a content managed WordPress site with some very clever custom plug-ins.
